The homeowners will meet with an individual from Michael Joseph Homes prior to development starting and frequently thereafter to answer any questions and to provide development updates. The connection between the homeowner and client is very important to us.

If you are living in your house during the development time frame as most clients do, it’s important for you to know that we understand the strain this can cause, and we do our best to keep you informed of our timeline. You can be assured that we will take every feasible precaution to be as unobtrusive as we can to keep your home comfortable. We provide plastic coverings and dumpsters, if need be, to protect the development from debris or dust.

As the development nears completion, Michael Joseph Homes will take the home owner on a walk -through. At this point any issues you could have will be noted and solved prior to finishing off your project. Your complete satisfaction is our most important objective.
